Set consists of a Necklace, Earring, Ring, Belt. All items require Soul Biding and can be traded.

How to Obtain
Necklaces, earrings, rings can be obtained from Hidden War Fortresses when the Abyss Stronghold is at least level 6.
The belt can be obtained from a quest as a compensation for slaying Fort Spirits 10 times.
