IMPORTANT! Master Server has been shutdown!

Master Server, traditional live server with different settings.

Only 8 available professions, 50 (since 5.3, 55 is the max level) as the maximum level, RvR orientated settings, all items are tradeable. Those are the main features of the Master Server.

If you are a hardcore player that is looking for a challenging PvP and item farming, Master Server is for you!

What is the Master Server?

Master Server is a live server with some settings altered.

In the list below you can find all Master-Server-specific settings.

Housing	- Housing System is not available - Oriel, Pernon is not accessible - Construction is not available

Connecting to the Master Server

Master Server can be accessed through the same client as the rest of the live servers.

Without the need of installing a separate client, all Master Servers will be displayed at the server selection screen.

Also, with Master Server, the maximum amount of characters has been increased to 9.

- Before: 8 characters can be created on one account

- After: 9 characters can be created on one account (However, only 8 can be created on the same server)

On the Master Server players can only choose one of the 8 original professions.

On the Master Server Gunners, Aethertechs and Bards can not be created. New World Update's skill changes as well as Stigma system renewal have been applied to the Master Server, skill acquisition has been adjusted for level 45 for balancing purposes.

- Only the 8 original professions are available. Gunner, Aethertech, and Bard are not available

- The level cap is 50 (55 is 5.3). The difficulty is higher.

Master Server Items

All equipment items on the Master Server can be traded.

Kromede, Abyss items can always be traded. Because of this, equipment items on the Master Server always maintain a high value. Additionally, you have to remember that if enchanting an item on the Master Server fails, the item will be destroyed.

- All equipment items on the Master Server can be wrapped (except some quest items)

- All Level 50 Packaging Scrolls can be purchased with Kinah

- If enchanting an item fails this item is going to be destroyed. There is a small chance that the Godstone and Manastones from the destroyed item will be returned to you.

Master Server Areas

On the Master Server only Elysea, Asmodae and Abyss areas are available.

Balaurea, Convent, Crucible, Hall of Fame, Daeva's Sanctuary, Housing areas are not available.

Master Server Economy

Master Server is a place for traders as the Kinah value is being preserved.

On the Master Server players can find special traders, located in both capitols, selling Packaging Scrolls for Kinah and Kisks for AP.

- Packaging Scrolls can be purchased with Kinah

- Kisks can be purchased with Abyss Points (Kisks can not be purchased with Kinah on the Master Server)

Master Server Space-Time Rift PvP

Master Server provides players with the good old Space-Time Rift System.

The Conqueror and Protector System introduced in the New World Update has been applied to the Master Server. This allows players to infiltrate hostile areas and kill players from opposite faction.

- Master Server has no Rift penalties

- Conqueror and Protector System has been applied

- Space-Time Rifts schedule and duration may differ from Live Server settings

Master Server Abyss Ranks

Abyss Ranks on the Master Server are purely based on Abyss Points.

On the Master Server Abyss Points come mainly from PvP. Therefore, to climb on the Abyss Rank ladder you will have to PvP with the opposite faction.

- Abyss Ranks are based on Abyss Points (Honour Points are not available)

On the Master Server only 3 Forts become vulnerable.

Master Server Beritra's Invasion

Beritra's Invasion continues on the Master Server. (Updated on 2015. 1. 7)

Just like on the Live servers on the Master Server Beritra is deploying his Invasion Monsters, the only difference between Master and Live servers are the rewards which have been tuned for the Master Server. Among rewards players can find Packaging Scrolls and Unique Coin items.

- Beritra's Monsters appear in 4 Elysea and Asmodae regions.

- Compensation differs from the live settings.

Master Server Energy of Repose

On the Master Server Energy of Repose has slightly different features.

Also, any other systems that could speed up the levelling process have been deactivated.

- Energy of Repose has been adjusted as follows:

- Legion Buffs, Energy of Salvation, New/Returning Daeva's benefits, Quest Talismans are not available.
